Hopes and dreams remain hopes and dreams unless you make them a reality. Pop recording artist, Ed Perez is turning his hopes and dreams into a reality and is going to make 2011 his “break-out” year. Ed Perez already has three digitally released singles under his belt, which include ‘THAT!’ featuring Frankie Cash, ‘Not Yourz’, and the dance smash ‘Your Love Is Like Night’. In a short amount of time, Ed Perez has garnered the attention of several music industry executives since his performances on several television programs such as Fox News First and Great Day SA. Along with his television appearances, Ed Perez has performed at numerous concert and night club events all over the Southwest including Las Vegas, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. in August of 2010, Ed had the privilege of opening up for, “the pimp with the limp”, DJ Laz at Backstage Live in San Antonio. Also, Ed Perez recently performed with fellow recording artists, Broakast, Big Geminii, and Amanda Perez in Silver City, New Mexico for 95.1’s Jingle Jam.

“I am truly blessed in a lot of ways and I feel the best way to show my gratitude is to give back to the community and share what has been given to me” says Ed Perez. Along with recording and promoting his music, Ed Perez has partnered with several non-profit organizations, including The Little Black Dress Society. LBDS is an organization which is committed to ending the abuse of women. Ed Perez donated his time and writing skills to LBDS and wrote a special song, ‘Look Up’, for LBDS’s one year anniversary back in September of 2010. One hundred percent of the digital sales from the song ‘Look Up’ will be donated to LBDS and their fight to end the abuse of women. With 2011 well under way, Ed Perez is working on releasing his new single, ‘Just Because’. ‘Just Because’ will be Ed Perez’s first released ballad and for the first time, will be releasing his first music video to accompany the same record release. With the buzz from ‘Your Love Is like Night’ still going strong and the anticipated release of ‘Just Because’, Ed aspires to join the ranks of music’s most elite artists in the very near future.
